Usage Tips:
On moderate flow days, if you plan to swim, we recommend putting on your swimsuit just a few minutes before diving in. Wearing it for many hours before entering the water may saturate the absorbent layers, increasing the risk of leaks. Therefore, we suggest using a menstrual cup or pad beforehand and changing into your bikini or swimsuit closer to water time.
How to Wash:
Washing your Herself is easy! Hand wash only. Soak the garment in water with neutral soap for at least 15 minutes. Then, scrub the absorbent area thoroughly and rinse until the water runs clear. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not machine wash or dry.
