Duration by flow level:

• Light flow: 5 to 8 hours of use
• Moderate flow: 3 to 5 hours of use
• Heavy flow: 1 to 3 hours of use

Usage Tips:

• Wear the piece a few minutes before entering the water.
• Ensure a snug fit, especially in the intimate area, to guarantee proper contact with the absorbent fabric.
